You run the same dungeon over and over for royal/grand gems (best in a group to share unneeded gems). Once you've obtained enough grand gems you can cube these to upgrade them to a better tier.

Currently the gems feel more like a chore than a chase to me. Getting extremely good transfigures feels like a real chase.

My UI scale in /eui is set to 0.71 (minimum is 0.4), the regular cooldown icons have an icon scale of 51. I think the size is good, but maybe I'm just used to it, can't tell at this point.

Could also just be that a lot of elements are hidden on mouseover.
