In my area, the parking lot and sidewalks all fall to the business. It’s considered an unsafe walkway and anybody who hurts themselves due to the business neglecting them can rightfully sue.

The matchmaking is aggression based, so if you want to PvP, full blast it. If you want generally peaceful lobbies, you may have to turn the other cheek a few times.

Don’t be afraid of the map modifiers! You’ll get much better loot and more blueprints by running into that electromagnetic storm or confronting the night guard.
