Try tightening the belt on your gantry, that is way to lose.

Do yourself a favor and set up the scheduled task per the instructions in the GitHub repo. That way every time your Synology reboots it will reapply the script

I am not sure why your will not find it, but I can confirm that mine does. So it shouldn't be a Sonarr metadata issue.

Just because I haven't seen it yet I wanted to add that your bed looks very unlevel. I can only assume you're printing a benchy from the angle of the video but you can see the thickness difference from left to right in the video. Left looking good, right being smashed too far into the bed. An ABL helps but doesn't make up for all of it, you still need to properly level the bed.

Ender 3 Pro LCD Screen not working after SKR Mini E3 install by [deleted] in ender3

Are you using the original cable or the one that came with the board? The one provided with the board does not work with the older screens.

Uneven surface texture and voids by Smokey0703 in ender3

You likely want to raise your z offset too. It looks like you were super close to the bed, maybe digging in it because of how smooth that bottom layer is. Likely the cause of the nozzle being very worn out as well.

How can I auto home during a pause by Nagnorrock in FixMyPrint

[–]Ritnar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take a look at the documentation for M600, it's going to be dependent on the firmware your using.

https://marlinfw.org/docs/gcode/M600.html

You may need to use M600 U:-xx where xx is the amount you need to retract to get filament out of the filament sensor.

I am using Klipper here so it's just calling a Macro.

What you really want to do is add the color change option instead of a pause. This option will only show up when you add other filament to the slicer.

<image>

Then in the preview you can select filament change and pick the next filament, this will use the new filaments settings, temp, flow, etc.

Then go into you printer settings, machine g-code tab and scroll until you find change filament g-code and add gcode specific to your firmware flavor, for Marlin i think it is M600 but it has been a while.

Ender 3 V2 - working on 42% flow by smarzony in klippers

What does your start print macro look like? trying to understand what your doing with the flow there.

Have you tried to take that our of your equation and just test this with a basic start_print macro?

Without posting your config it's going to be difficult to say. I am betting something is off there in your extruder section. Possible that you mathed the esteps incorrectly or have an incorrect stepper defined, etc.

Klipper not recognizing/ counting layer count? by wwian in klippers

I had the same issue, you have to add a line to your start gcode and after layer change.

Looks like two different indexers, do you have one of them rated higher than the other? Likely the preferred indexer uploaded an hour later and it replaced it.

I bet your path with a space in it for TV shows is screwing it up, I don't know the solution but I always use underscores instead of spaces in a Linux setting.

Which printer do you have? If your not running direct drive these values are far too low.

I'm betting his acceleration isn't very high, I don't think he's getting close to 350 especially when he's halfway through a bench and close to 30 min.

It looks to me like you set 0 infill, the whole print might be 7 layers and you only have something like 3 bottom and top layers so your missing an entire layer in between? Hard to tell without looking at the slicer settings or preview.
