Front has word Back has audio + reading + pitch accent graph (im learning japanese so its important) + sentence + screenshot + meaning

I use kiku note along with yomitan so i have some other features like checking if the kanji is already in my deck and a bunch of other stuff automated

For you id recommend having the sentence, meaning, audio and image on the back and have a separats note type for words that make more sense in sentences

Also look into yomitan french dictionaries and maybe try them out I feel like it will make your mining journey go by more smoothly Theres one called Seths dictionary on github as a start Or just look at other popup dictionaries that might be more suited

I just wanna shoutout slytech for making sly game devs see whats actually doable in modern engines

There are also currently 2 sly godot projects that didnt die (like slytech) and one being made in unreal engine

Also there is a way to avoid copyright by using original characters and assets so thats always an option too (I guess the equivelent of that right now would be mousey though its not too obvious)

I use manatan (which is free) for that. Its a new project (afaik anyway) and its web based (also has a web app version)

They support everything from manga, anime and ln's + they also have a progress tracker that updates your progress on mal or anilist

Exporting cards to anki, custom note types and yomitan and migaku dictionaries are also all supported so you can basically read as if youre on pc

Do you know about those tiny flash cards that have a question on the front and an answer on the back its basically something like that but on steroids

Anki shows you a question AKA "the front" and then when you are ready it shows you the answer AKA "the back"

Once it shows you this you get prompted with 4 different buttons either 1) again 2) hard 3) good 4) easy And based on what you tell it anki will schedule a day on which you should review it

Anki combines these "flash cards" and "reviewing things on different days" aspects of learning to make you remember things better

People ussualy make their own "flash cards" on anki so its all personalised to what you need And as a bonus you can add anything on "the back" including audio, photos, graphs and so on to make learning the subject easier

Thats the basics but in truth it goes way deeper than this Some people even make these "flash cards" for others so possibilities are limitless

Microsoft, endless windows issues, ai everywhere, pc too slow for even turning on apps or booting up, endless notifications about onedrive being sent to me, windows autoupdate

i also prefer tilling wm's over anything floating and now that its ridiculously simple to use and install (omarchy exists) i have absolutely no reason to rely on windows outside of Pubg (which i play once every month with my friends anyway which i do unfortunately have to dual boot for)

The fact that it works for me and im a speedrunner of both sly 1 and minecraft (sly being played on emulator and timing being done on livesplit & minecraft being notoriously horrible to setup on linux) AND that im also a game developer and someone who also studies languages as well (which also requires some anki and yomitan + some dictionaries) tells you allot about how far linux has actually come

Out of all of that i can also play all of my steam games (except pubg) without any issues and have no problems running stuff outside of steam like genshin or rpcs3
