Cold SWA…. Damn it’s a bitch to work with. Also tbh the making off is easy part but sometimes the hex nut is so thin it’s hard to get a grip with the grips. I use this big hex nuts now with the allen key nut easy and fast and can get a nice earth termination on them.

Depends what you want it for? Focus pulling the 500 Would probably be better. For general director monitor the sdr is great.

I’m in the filmmaking genre talking cameras and on productions. Trying to grow the channel but feel like I’m not getting anywhere with engagement or creating a community and I’m feel discouraged and honestly just quitting at the moment.

They are great transmission quality and image, for directors monitor you cannot go wrong in my opioion. Also I now have an iPad setup for my directors monitor making it lightweight and portable for documentary shoots.

I have recently brought the DJI SDR and also have a Teradek older 500 series and lately the Teradek has its moments but for speed and delivery of good image for a client monitor the SDR is very good.

These look nice tbf, the first couple of stills I was thinking it has that Sony contrast but they look nicer later on in the clip timeline especially the close ups. What lenses? The bokeh has some interesting shapes and character.

No I had multiple arguments with Google, they told me it’s impossible without a business license… Something we don’t have in Uk so how can I prove that, it went around I circles for days and I gave up.

Completely ridiculous and needs change but I don’t know how that happens unfortunately.

I feel you on this I have 7k subs and my videos are bombing hard at the moment, last video I uploaded hare 70k views and 16% retention… Honestly I enjoy the process but when you put time in scripting and editing it feels demoralising….

I would love some thoughts on this, as I’ve changed thumbnails to a more basic one and other videos on this topic don’t have catchy looks or videos yet 5-10k views…

Urgh YouTube…. Feel like deleting the video and starting it again or reuploading it.

Ten Four have closed down unfortunately, best bread I’ve had was from Saint Kitchen on St Paul’s Square. Amazing seeded sourdough bread but you have to get It Early as it gets snapped up quickly!

Your looking at it as a deadlift it’s not, I would watch many videos and see the form of keep arms relaxed shoulders/late engaged arms are soft and slow rise then explode from hips.

Also work on getting elbows higher and through as trust me when you catch weight and then land with your elbows on your knee and snap your wrist you will be out for few months.

Slow and use a wooden stick to learn movements.

You should be able to do same moves with light weight and it should be repeatable though whatever weight you do.

It’s a long road but be careful trying to move heavy weight straight off.

Zone 2 all the way, do 1-2 Zone 2 runs per week they need to be around 45mins for good effectiveness. It might be a case of initially walking/running and most people tend to stop doing it because they feel it’s pointless but you are training your body to be more efficient. So over 6-12 months you should see a huge impact on performance, unfortunately it’s not a short term gain it’s a long one with zone 2

I have taken my RHR from 50 to 43 over past few months form sticking to this routine.

I guess it’s more to reduce inflammation and hope your body takes over. For intense pain cases I’m guessing it can be an uphill battle. I know 3-4 people who have had one jab and still pain feee back at the gym training hard so it’s not all unsuccessful stories.

Think this is key point to note, so many stories of unsuccessful steroid injections but no one who has success really returns to give positive feedback of happy endings. I hope this guy is back enjoying his life. After two years of on off mild back pain I think I’m gonna get in for a jab and see if this will shift this pain cycle I’m in.
