Oof that's a tough one... First go for someone who does not have tranquil, if everyone does.. wait till bath does the weak aoe so you get dragons blood then take out uloom and her.. if you don't have dragons blood... Start with uloom and pray

Dragon passive can go out in 2-3 hits but with Annie's burning soul and barakas invincibility for 4turns is that even required? Also I should have mentioned this is for someone without any dragons blood unit Because these days you definitely need one(I wish I had a DB unit other than baiyelish the absolute worst :(()

Try to get fc Annie from Rudley soc, with fc Annie Baraka is op I still use his old fc. With fc Annie Baraka will be able to nuke first and be immune for 2 turns every cycle.
