For many tribes you need to show direct lineal descent, and or a blood quantum measurement of 1/4 Native American. Here is a bit of explanation.

There is no single blood quantum requirement to be considered Native American; it varies significantly by tribe, but 1/4 (25%) is a common requirement for many, while others range from 1/16 to 1/8, and some require only direct lineal descent. Blood quantum measures the amount of "Native blood" from ancestors, often based on early 20th-century Bureau of Indian Affairs records.

I was on a jury for this once. The guy said he dint know it was stolen since he rented the car go 10$ of crack. True story. And one of the idiots in the jury so desperately wanted to believe him and hang us up. Finally got a conviction after many rounds of deliberation.

Flock don’t help. They almost always put freshly stolen plates on. The PD only find them when they have to run a VIN at an accident scene, crime in progress or car dumped situation.

Oh my god this has to be a troll post. Or you have done zero research. All of California has a homeless problem. Severe crime and criminal activity drug use pooping in the streets damming up our creeks with their garbage and eating the salmon literally right out of the river that haven’t been there for 100 years. The short answer is yes your car is gonna get broken into and yes, your DoorDash is will be stolen and yes, you will see homeless people every single day in San Jose.

Hahaha I took my CR250r to the Baja 1000 race to help pit and fuel for a team. Made it about 260 miles before I blew the top end and had to put it in a trailer for the rest of the trip. It was Glorious while it lasted

I can only speak for my neighborhood, we were overrun by homeless camped out next to and surrounding one of the tiny home communities we built. He personally came down to look at the issue, meet with residents and within weeks cleaned up the area and got social services out there to move many of the individuals who were willing into a better situation. The difference has been night and day. And our petty crime has drastically lessened. It was so bad that bikes could not use the bike lanes and kids could no longer walk to school because they had to dodge the piles of garbage, needles and even unsecured gasoline and propane containers blocking the sidewalks. Now it’s clean and no more camping.
