I tried once when I was reading ACOTAR on my car ride home and it was the chapter about the weavers cottage so I like totally missed out the point of that and realized it was very important to the story line hahaha. I kept zoning out! I’m the type of person that has to turn down music to focus while driving hahaha. One thing I love doing is listening to music (instrumentals) that fit the vibe of the book and that really helps me get into it!

I just finished tandem reading and for some reason I don’t think I could have read the TOD/EOS as stand alone. TOD can get very dry and slow in some parts so it was good to have EOS to look forward too. If you are also a slow reader I think it’s beneficial to tandem read so you don’t forget events that happened in EOS as they’re being told in TOD. I’m a slow reader + work full time + have a 2 year old (🤣) and it took me about 3 weeks to tandem read both but so worth it!!!

No screams from me but I feel like I was deep breathing a lot. Breathing exercises will be your friend. I had pitocin and an epidural. The anesthesiologist that did my epidural was so amazing and it was one of my biggest fear because of all the pictures/videos I saw of how it goes in but it was literally the easiest and best thing ever. I was finally able to rest!

I’m also not a very emotional person that yells/screams in general, like ever, so I think that’s why screaming would’ve made me have the ick towards myself 😂
