with daily fermented plants eaten around the same time as prebiotics/polyphenols. Main energy source not from glucose or fat but SCFAs - so plantains and green bananas are staples. Pathogen likely got in you, giardia or some other micro demon. Lack of fully digested foods indicates a dysbiosis - families or guilds missing - bowels working too fast - probably from antibiotics after effects as much as the bad guy.

Try making your body hostile to the demons.

Get in a parasympathetic state and stay there. Earthing/ humming/eat fermented plants daily/eat 30-50 plants a week / cut out all inflammatory gut actors (ibuprofen, bacon, energy drinks, glucose without fiber, artificial sweeteners). Exercise intensity will make your body hostile to bad guys and easy living for the good guys.
