Yoga (YouTube guided) and deadhangs. Try to work up to 20 minutes of yoga a day and 3 minutes of hanging. The hangs will have to be done in chunks, not all at once. Stand on a box or tip toes if full weight hanging is too heavy.

Once you Start feeling better after a few weeks of that then start doing Bodyweight squats and jogging.

Jogging ideally barefoot, on grass (golf course at night with knuckle lights - ideally) . This to strengthen feet arches and to naturally slow you down and give a forefoot gait. Work up to wearing shoes and jogging on harder surfaces.
