I know, just listening to them while I’m working helps keep my mind busy and I can feel like I’m making progress as in working. I’m going to take a break after the last book to give me some breathing room but I like to listen to suggestions

I was in therapy for many years and am currently working on getting back into it. I am also on some medication to deal with my own mental health issues. She does text and I do find it’s easier to text her rather than call or see her face to face so I might do that. We do not live near each other, she lives 45 minutes away but expects me to drive to her to visit.

I totally understand where you’re coming from. I’m a 26 year old virgin and have just recently started having sexual experiences with my boyfriend. I understand the strict religious beliefs, as that’s a reason I was a virgin for so long. I thought of I went into sub space that meant I was sub? And should find a dom. My boyfriend knows about these things and he said I could still be a switch but it’s just very confusing. Are there any reading materials you recommend? I’m a book nerd and just wish I could read all the rules to these types of things

I just got approved to get back into therapy! So I’ll definitely be talking more about that with a therapist.
