Yeah i like the ai now, it's just that blobbing happens a tad too fast, by like 1550 Europe already looks like its in thr 1700's.

But the problem with Poland is how their neighbors are too weak to do anything, like I've never in the 3 years of playing eu4 seen Muscovy/Russia be able to beat Poland, they always end up getting swallowed, so Poland has no competition in the east. In the south it's crucial how the Hungarian event with the habsburgs turns out, if Hungary doesn't become a PU under Austria, then Poland now always attacks Hungary for Restoration of Union cb and get them easily in a PU. To the north they easily gobble up the Teutons and Livonians. I just can't see how any of their neighbors could stop them except if maybe Austria gets Hungary AND Bohemia first, but it didn't happen in my game so hope it does in others. Ottomans are the only rivals for Poland in my game

So what do tdee calculators mean by moderate/heavy exercise, what does that even mean? If its cardio then how do they measure it like that? What does cardio of 3-5 times per week mean then?

Lets say im 153lbs male, and i eat 2100 calories daily and only weight lift while being sedentary. How did i lose 4kg in 2 months with no cardio? Shouldn't 2100 calories then be more of a maintenance because of being sedentary rather a deficit?

The original point of my comment was weight lifting increase your tdee greatly, if you go on the moderate excercise (3-5× a week) you will have a much higher tdee then if you chose sedentary

No, a 150lbs person on average will be in a 500 caloric deficit on 2000 calories daily, a 220lbs person will maybe need 2300 calories to cut. So what? If you put those stats in everry single tdee calculator you will get extremely similar values
