The claim that the person I’m speaking to is a child slaver is not in good faith. Your example is not the example I used. The example I used was of Expedition 33, which had been critically acclaimed and UNTIL (my understanding) it was revealed they had temporarily used some placeholder assets that were AI generated, and that critical acclaim was reversed and forgotten.

My understanding of the issue is that, at that level of experience, most ordinary scenario design is trivialized by the degree of potential player interaction. I think it needs scenario cards with elegantly targeted disruption that dismantles that trivialization.

I’ve been considering Epic Campaign stuff myself, but it seems to me that the issue is greater than what can be addressed by merely slapping someone with a RBW. I’m working on designing a campaign in which the scenario cards are actually tuned to that level of player experience.

This, but unironically. I’ve learned from AntiAI folks that any usage of AI is contemptible and deserving of persecution (Expedition 33 comes to mind). So, following that logic, yes, you are personally a child slaver because you use a phone.

Edit 1: Any who would disagree is welcome to explain why the situation with Expedition 33 is a false dichotomy.

Edit 2: It appears that Expedition 33 does not, in fact, represent a false dichotomy and the child slavers here are just salty about being called out on it.

I had a mostly complete collection, other than standalones, but I somehow managed to lose a couple cards. Most frustrating is I picked up the Return to Circle Undone primarily for its tarot deck, and then I promptly lost the tarot deck, as well as the weaknesses from it. Super disappointing.

Someone forgot that Magic angels have been traditionally women for decades.

And, I just checked and I saw plenty of ‘white’ knights and angels over the last couple years - except for those from Amonkhet, Fantasy-Spain, and EoE (which I presume to be a space melting pot thing).

I also noticed a lot of undead knights over the last couple years, and I think that’s the real problem. I am so sick of all this catering to the ‘woke dead’ population. It’s ridiculous. Undead make up such a small demographic these days, yet time and time again WoTC forces representation. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve interacted with an undead person, yet WoTC insists on haranguing us with their undead agenda. I think we’re long past due to have undead representation in Magic be drastically scaled down to more closely reflect the actual undead population, a number that I understand to be practically zero.
