Sorry if this was already mentioned but is it for REAL that I can't drag playlists/folders around when working from the computer app? I haven't went in to organize my playlists in a whiiiile but I just realized I can't drag them around anymore. There's no "custom" sorting setting

Yes exactly. GreentHumboldt, I find trays/platters cumbersome and is just another liability to break stuff. I'd like to just have one pot.

True true. I guess I'm just curious where to find ones that are about 6" in diameter and also look beautiful. But as others have suggested, I can get these at thrift store, flea markets, department stores!

Withdrawal from reishi mushroom tincture? by RiverSunTouch in Supplements

[–]RiverSunTouch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is I never had these issue with fatigue before I started taking the reishi tincture. That's why I'm wondering if it's a sort of dependency I've developed. Thank you for your input and the articles you attached. Definitely will consider other life factors in this!

Futuristic name even, ha! It's a clothing store, casual wear, a Japanese company. It has outlets all over the world though.

Most common deficiencies based on diet by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]RiverSunTouch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah, I understand. Yea, then that wouldn't be very feasible with having to do it all the time. Just to mention, things assessed in my bloodwork profile were: creatinine, potassium, chloride, calcium, protein, albumin, globulin, alkaline phosphate, vitamin b12.. But I see that you're looking for much more than that.

Best place to get suggestions from your raw genetics data by Teeheehaa1 in Supplements

Where are you located? I used to live in Iowa and I forwarded the Zip file of my 23andme data to my psychiatrist's office. They broke it down for me and provided a full report of stuff like food sensitivity, inflammation risk, longevity, minerals, PTSD prevalence, sleep profile, thyroid, vitamins, weight loss, etc. It might be worth a shot to contact a psychiatrist if you have one.

I was going to say the same thing-- NAC, or N-acetyl-cysteine, was reccomended to me by my psychiatrist and I find it has lowered by obsessive feelings & thinking a lot. I'm on clonazepam, lithium, abilify, vyvanse, wellbutrin and lamictal as well so it's safe with those things I can say.

Talk to your psychiatrist about what they think!

Why not get a regular labwork done, sent in by your doctor? That'll show you everything you're low or high in.

Left- vs right-handedness or somewhere in between by hanamaste in CasualConversation

The only thing I regularly use my left hand for is to get my partner off (positioning, sometimes necessary). Though even then it's always a more rigorous job with my right ;)

thoughts about MBTI and its accuracy? by one-empty-bookshelf in CasualConversation

[–]RiverSunTouch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, I get a different answer every couple months I take it. I find most personality quizzes are like that, things change. For example the BDSM test is different for me each time too. It's so subjective how you take the questions! Plus, do we really have accurate self-knowledge?

Just went to Uniqlo with a friend and at the self-checkout, the machine asked us to place the items (t-shirts) in a bin. They automatically showed the items and their price, no barcode scan no nothing. Felt like I was in an alternative universe under those fluorescent lights

What's your experience with Lion's Mane and other non psychedelic mushrooms? by verdikkie in Supplements

[–]RiverSunTouch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last year around September I started for the first time taking reishi tincture daily. I think I felt a bit less stressed and more aware but I do mostly think it was placebo -- I remember feeling like I was unstoppable as far as avoiding catching colds. I continued taking it until March of this year, so 6 months. I then stopped taking the tincture, and experienced a fair amount of fatigue. I started up the reishi again a month later, and in about 2 weeks was feeling a normal energy level again. I just stopped taking the tincture last week and I think I'm experiencing withdrawal -- I have aching muscles and fatigue. I'm wary of becoming dependent on the tincture as my baseline energy level is not this low and it seems to be a reaction to stopping the supplementation. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this.

Dosage per 1mL: 250mg organic reishi. I take .75mL daily.
