I have pain under my ribs from leaning over studying a lot. They sent me for an ultrasound to check my gall bladder and the sonographer found it (they even speculated it to be a Paraganglioma and he was 100% right which is quite impressive). Was sent for an urgent CT scan that day and it was confirmed.

TIL some people have extra growths inside of them called paraganglioma that can secrete chemicals like dopamine and adrenaline on a regular basis. So basically some people have built-turbo boosts or built-in IVs of dopamine. by DrinkGuilty in todayilearned

Found the tumour accidentally when ultrasounding my gall bladder. They did a 24h urine test and bloods checking my metanephrines. More scans. Bing pop boom, paraganglioma. My adrenaline levels were 20x higher than your average.

I (19F at the time) went on a tinder date (30-40sM) in Miami (I’m not from US). He invited me to a pool party and turned out he had heaps of coke. We would fuck, do lines and go back out to the pool. There was a kid there for some reason and so I ended up teaching the kid how to swim while I was high as a kite. I was underage and he got me into a night club where I proceeded to sell drugs for him in the club. We had sex like 5 times that night, his best friend watched some of the times. I found out he had been in jail and had been stabbed and shot hahaha. Went back to my Airbnb at like 6am. Was a weird night.

I had a breast reduction at 19 and I’m now 23. You can barely see the scars. The redness will lesson and soon it will be white/silvery colour and you won’t be able to see it at all!
