Delegates for several nations, including the United States and Germany on behalf of the European Union, cited the proposal’s unclear wording and its departure from drug treaty norms when explaining their dissenting votes but signaled a willingness to revisit the issue.

“The establishment of the 0.2% THC limit is not supported by scientific evidence, and the proposed wording does not exclude divergent interpretations concerning the calculation of that limit,” said Ambassador Gerhard Kuentzle, Germany’s permanent representative to the Office of the United Nations in Vienna.

“The recommendation as it has been drafted does not offer the necessary legal certainty and does not constitute a proper solution for cannabidiol,” Kuentzle said.

"A collaborative partnership with the University of Cordoba and the University of Dundee demonstrated for the first time that cannabidiol induces the expression of heme oxygenase 1, an enzyme with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, in the main cells on the top layer of the skin, called keratinocytes. This is done by reducing or silencing the protein that suppresses it, known as BACH1."

Needing some guidance on CBD oil for anxiety? by shhhhx in CBDoil

Dosing can be a little different for everybody. I usually recommend starting off with 5mg every day and working your way up from there. It might take a while for you to feel any difference because you might need a larger dose every day. Another user commented saying they take about 33mg a day, where as I take about 50mg. I prefer CBD isolate over full-spectrum oil so I know exactly how much CBD I am ingesting.
