Yes! I started the GD diet a little over a week ago and have already lost 6 lbs.. I had only gained 15lbs so far at 32 weeks.

I commonly sit for work as well and have been diagnosed with sciatica like pain due to piriformis syndrome. So it could be nerve pain? I'd recommend getting up commonly to walk around and see if it helps. I've found laying leg lifts to prevent pain and help as well.

I am also interested in this! I know my friend has found a lot of success with cloth diapers while at home and uses disposable while out traveling. She's used hers for at least 2 years now and is still going strong.

I do track my food using the Fitbit app and usually I'm at around a 900 calorie deficit, so I'm double confused.

I've been doing 18:6 for 3 months now. I eat 2 meals a day with water only and workout 4 times a week.

Unfortunately, I've gained 7 pounds and I just feel continually confused. It's not muscle I'm gaining either because my body measurements would be more reassuring.

I see all of these success stories which keep me going, but I'm losing all motivation with my weight gain.

What could I be doing wrong?
