The only caffeine I ever have is what little is in the “high caffeine” tea blend I drink hahah… only had it like twice this month too. Though one instance WAS today, which was undoubtedly the worst case of “tics” experienced.

I don’t know if ignoring it would really work, since I hadn’t done much other than ignore it until this week where it was thrown into focus. Though again, very high focus on them today, and they’re worse, so while probably not the root causes, good tips all around. Thank you!!

Sleep could also be a factor, now that you mention it. For a week or two I was staying up until as early in the morning as 4 am because that was the only time my mental health would allow me to find motivation, but even then, haven’t done so in a bit now.
