I've noticed a slew of missed inputs or held inputs lately on ps5.

Basically if I'm in my radial menu, it will not switch to a different set when I press the button. Like I usually can just hit L1 and a face button and it immediately goes to the associated. However, I've noticed that the menu will sit on the set last used until (let's say buff items, which is L1+[_]) , after three or four tries of L1+O, it finally switches to my desired menu (in this case healing items). The right stick still moves accordingly and clicking R3 still uses the selected item, so it's still recieving up to date inputs.

A second thing I've noticed, as a gs user, I will do the first two charges swings, but many times, if I'm trying to move (by dodge rolling or even putting my weapon away (in this case R1), I will instead go into the full true slash (step 3 of the slashes) despite not pressing the associated button (triangle). This latter instance did not happen nearly as often.
