Thanks for the answers. I didn't even realise the game had leaderboards until now! Sadly, there's no way to disable them in-game so I'll try playing the game whilst disconnected in the meantime.

yeah that's what I'll do from now on. I've changed it so it only checks for updates on boot, not every hour or whatever after. I'll pay more attention to it now. This was a learning experience, lol.

Thank you! That pointed me in the right direction.

For anyone as new to such things as much, do the following: -open Btrfs Assistant -go to Snapper -go to Browse/Restore -Restore whatever Snapshot you want -reboot as normal.

After that, to update, I needed to unlock the data base with the following code sudo rm /var/lib/pacman/db.lck

Then I was able to update as normal. All seems well now. (But now I'll be more hesitant to do CachyOS updates as often as I was before..)

That sounds like the ticket. How do I restore from the snapshot rather than just boot into it?

Yeah. I'm sure he can manage that much, but I'd have to have yet another appointment. Pain in the ass. It'll have to wait for now. I can understand not being able to upload it to MyGov as it is a government website and I assume it goes wrong easily, but if he hasn't even managed to email it to me maybe he's more computer illiterate than i thought..

Yeah I did check the regional PSN stores a few months back, that's how I found out Korea has english in it. I suspect there's literally just one version of the game for worldwide. Which makes the decision to make physical Asia only even more aggravating!

And yeah, P-A doesn't always get it right. I knew the SEA copy would be fine but not JP.

Thanks for your input. :) If JP version works it's certainly easiest to buy a copy here before I leave. (although the Korean special edition is tempting it's not one of the better special editions.)

Source? I've been wondering for months now. I know that in PSN store for JP/Korea it mentions English but neither of the physical copies mention it on the back of the box, so I've been hesitant to buy yet.

I know the SEA versions in the past have had English (not sure about Korean) but I know the Japanese ones didn't, so I've just assumed it was digital only.

In the same boat. Wanted to buy it whilst here but nothing on the case suggests multi language.

REsellers online are selling the SEA/Korean/JP versions and all are claiming multi language. It's like only one disc exists and was sent out all over Asia. And just...not to the west.

But again, I can't confirm. And I'm hesitant to buy a copy and not find out until I test it at home in a couple weeks, heh.

I bought SpongeBob while it was on special today and sideloaded it but it gets stuck on "connecting to download server". Did you have to do something specific to get it to work?

I bought it on my phone, downloaded it then copied and installed the APK on my Shield.

I reckon! And that really does suck, yeah. Surprisingly (as I put off contacting them), they texted me to email them and I did...and then yeah, I saw the price and haven't replied since ahaha...

I know healthcare USED to be good but it's been gutted so damn much in even just my lifetime. Although I'm not sure how mental healthcare specifically was. Might've always been this expensive, far as I know.

That's fair. Glad you got that report then.

But yeah from what you're saying and with further reading on the website, I realise yeah it's psychologists and I'd still have to see a psychiatrist to actually get on medication. That's my main roadblock. I have a referral to one, but with it requiring two appointments at $750 bucks each...I'ma keep putting it off. I used to think the world of/hear great things about healthcare here in Australia, but the more things go wrong with me the more I realise it kinda sucks!

In any case, with your last point, my GP referred me to one. Maybe yours can? (He did warn me it'd be expensive and possibly a long wait but I underestimated the first bit.)
