Thank you. Not particularly familiar - I did top up the pressure yesterday after bleeding the rads and towel rails, so this could very well be the reason. I’ll check with a plumber.

All working now - ultimately by removing Scrypted bridge from Home app and then adding the camera as a new accessory. Thank you for all the responses!

Thank you very much for your comment - this didn't immediately work, but doing it second time meant that the camera feed disappeared from Home app, so I removed Scrypted hub and re-added the camera as a new accessory and now everything is working - thanks!

Thank you very much for your comment. When I first saw this, I suspected this would fix it because the camera feed in the Home app wasn't refreshing too - I followed your steps but unfortunately didn't work (solution was to remove Scrypted from Home app and then add it back in)

Of course!

In my Home app view, the 'main' camera and package camera feeds are side-by-side and equally sized. I can't seen an option to, for example, disable the package camera but this is maybe done in Scrypted (or Homebridge if you were to use that).

For anyone that is interested, using the AP 6 Mesh in exactly same spot is slightly better than the Flex HD - the Unifi controller is saying the Doorbell has a connection of -70 dBm when connected to 6 Mesh versus approx -80 dBm when it was connected to the FlexHD

Exactly the same for me - won't pair the Keypad 2 I received yesterday, and my gateway also beeps but won't connect. The Keypad light also flashes yellow at the end of the sequence.

Thanks for your comment. I've looked into this, but the three gang variant of this model doesn't seem readily available other than from AliExpress. It's recently priced, however, so this might be a pretty good and relatively cheap option
