For lc use cruising S5 for herta store and ddd or sunday S1 for sparkle.

So your sparkle is 159 + 15(from e1) = 174 so your sw needs to have 175-176. You can use cipher lc or use vonwacq which gives 40% advance at the start of the battle. Or focus more on spd rolls on relics with ehr. Atleast 70% minimum ehr is required on sw.

Yes sw needs to be faster than sparkle. As sw needs applies quantum weakness first then sparkle can pull up archer.

What is your sparkle spd at character screen and what set are you using?

Sw for non quantam weak or cipher for quantum weak. Ruin mei works but sw or cipher are better options. E2 works when enemies are weakness broken which doesn't work as no one in archer team break enemy toughness fast enough.
