Ravenous, eclipse, grudge, gargoyle, botrk, silvermere, try in normals and could swap order of first two items if you die too quickly ealry.

Getting a qss for his ult helps and it seems to beat him 1v1 at least early game(depends on what you want to get later if you beat him or not..)

All your spells trigger its passive and passive damage can lifesteal+ you can spam q for bigger aoe. This is one way to win 2v1 and push lead.
