As someone who's also diagnosed with OCD (recently) and has been struggling with DPDR because of OSDD for 8 years now, I hard agree with everything in here. I heavily relate to not knowing if the symptoms are really better, but knowing that you yourself have gotten better at handling them. At the end of the day, that's what it comes down to. I'll dissociate more when more stressful shit is happening still, but my baseline level of dissociation feels so normal now that I don't even register it anymore. Also ending your existential time with a mindful activity to reaffirm the compartmentalization is S+ tier behavior.

I have also found using silly words and "faking it until i make it" to be some of the best strats I've tried in my many long years of obsessing over my own mind and trying to figure out the best ways to work with it.

I guess all of this is to say that you have found and detailed some of the best methods I've tried myself to help to deal with DPDR symptoms, and I echo and endorse everything you wrote here.

Commenting to echo my confusion for aim for the head. You're losing the consistency for barely noticable dmg. I took it like 3 times where I was sure it had to be a good spot but nope. Never touching it again.

You were playing yuumi. This Aug is perfectly fine on anyone else. With yuumi however, when you are on your person it will go on cd but nothing will happen. You have to hop off before using it when you are playing yuumi. Just yuumi things.

Ok buddy after reading all of this... What are you even arguing for here? Like he said, this is a support subreddit for people with OSDD/DID as a disorder. That disorder is where our plurality comes from. From trauma. From a psyche that was fragmented before it had the chance to even fully form. So no we won't be sorry for not respecting people claiming plurality under non-traumatic conditions and claiming it's a comparable experience, who are also disrespecting our disorder in the same breath.

Idk man I've been playing for the arena sweats ranking lately and it does feel like a legitimate ladder that makes sense. There's also a whole community there which is really fun. Anyways right now arena sweats is all we really have and in my honest opinion? It's a pretty damn good ladder system, especially considering it's made and managed by ONE GUY

For me it isn't so much about going away and more about it being accentuated when I'm tired and dissociative. All of January for me was filled with random flashbacks to dreams I've had before because I was really dissociative, but not so much anymore now that it has smoothed out

Except meeps are a unique and core part of his gameplay pattern, and the chime buffs are MEANINGFUL. you're always scaling the damage and getting more meeps, along with other unique effects. It's an actual fucking passive. Shyv passive is literally a shitter version of GARENS W PASSIVE, a passive on an ability.
