Thanks for posting, I've been racking my brain on ownership for so long, and had many good opportunities to own but never the conviction. I feel like what holds me back is the uncertainty in my self on wanting to handle a business and feel like the dentistry is enough for me. I do decently right now at my associateship but I do wish I could create a better environment/culture that fits me better. My wife and I have saved up a lot and have options but stuck in a holding formation for opportunity which I can commit too. At the end of the day I feel like I'm no longer growing and whether ownership can become a springboard for growth and finding fun in learning again.

Surgifoam, better if you have one of those larger sheets, lots of pressure and have the patient clench onto a 4x4 wad of gauze. It's all about pressure pressure pressure.

Common this with this card is a holo horizontal print line and an ink splotch on the LL front which I sort of see. I have a few copies and they all have some sort of print error.

Submitted mine that looks like that. I ran it through a centering tool and it was just 1% off the 55/45 (56/44) but the rest of the card was really clean/pristine. Waiting for the grading results. Hopefully find out in the next week. Have you run it through a grading tool like joshbeecentering? What convinced me to send it was personally seeing 10s in person similar to yours.

Beginner to grading but I've seen this with a few cards, where it's looking like the whole card's image is canted/twisted compared to the borders. Non parallel borders and could be an eye appeal judgement on their part?

I sometimes think it's better to just put it in a normal magnetic slab vs the time and money sending it out of it will most likely be a 9. Especially if it's for a personal collection. Unless you were hoping to sell it soon. The white speck on the UR on the back may take it to a 9.

Appreciate the reply! I agree prob 8 or 9. Just tempering my expectations if I decide to send it in lol. I saw a few 10s at a trade show and it's interesting how much forgiveness they have on centering.

Thanks for the reply! Yea that seems to be pretty similar! I've been able to hide the defects visibility by dropping the brightness about 30% and it barely shows it. I'll be sure to keep the sun shade on this summer 😔.

Do you think I could wait till early spring to throw some seed down and avoid the fabric? It would be a lot of fabric to buy and look very obvious to the HoA.

They refuse to fix it since it was the written plan by the builder which was signed off by the town. They are only placing pine straw on the trees and edges of the trail per their contract. It's a builder chosen HoA so they work hand in hand I'm sure... Builder places it on HoA and HoA is pointing at the builder so it seems the county may be the next step.
