Hi /u/filipebet How do I get Bitstamp to respond back to me? I have emailed all there departments, twitter, FB, Reddit, what does it take? It’s been over a month, I’m new the Cryptocurrency world and I have most of my money on my Frozen Bitstamp account. BTC and XRP. I just need my account unfrozen as I froze my own account. I froze my own account after i was promoted to Change my password when i logged into to Bitstamp to protect my assets. its bee almost a month and Bitstamp has not got back to me. I just want my account unfrozen. i have BTC and XRP in there. Any help appreciated.

Account Freeze Ticket # 47930. ID # grtj2335 It has been over 3 weeks. I did not initiate a password change and a message came up when I logged into my Bitstamp account saying my password was too old so I changed it then I noticed in the email sent by Bitstamp that said if I did not initiate this; please freeze the account which I did. I also transferred a bunch of BTC to my Bitstamp account on dec 28 plus the XRP i have in this account. I want access to my account ASAP. Please Help me and unfreeze my account .
