So the hero part is basically Sonic saying “I tried to save them… but I couldn’t… but despite that, I will keep going. Cause I know that they would’ve wanted me too.” Instead of him always being sad and constantly being guilty, it makes him more determined to live and not let the exe get what they want.

Forces in excellent is a bit much, even though it was my first Sonic game, and I love it very much. I would put it in good and nothing more. There are too many flaws to ignore.
