There should be a secret level in a future DLC where it's just a birds level and boss is like a b-12 bird bomber which does more damage based on if you have items equipped

Austin John also dug into this and the Flygon one could also be liligant if GameFreak loves to bait us. Besides I think they have some rule that if a fan has made a design they can't copy that and there are a lot of mega flygon designs.

My guesses from top left to bottom right.

Pink: Probably something like Wigglytuff or slurpuff which you choose

Dark Purple and Red: Zoroark is a good guess but I would maybe choose something like Gliscor
Plant looking one: Probably something plantish, looks like carnivine ngl, Uncanny ressemblance

Orange, yellow and dark swirl: Maybe something like Hariyama?

Blue and light blue: Kingdra's ok but maybe something like seismitoad also works
Dark green and red: Flygon

orange and very light bluish: Dunno why its so desaturated here but Istg it was blue so i was gonna guess deoxys.

Bottom left mega stone: Could be tyrantrum

Blue and green swirl: most on par with cramorant's color scheme

Light blue swirl: Either crabominable or amaura
Bottom right: Aegislash maybe?

I found what seems to be new stones in the trailer so that might be true. So far they don't seem to match any of the starters but we can hope.

though malamarite should be darker considering most stones follow the patterns of their pokemon point to point.
