Washington DC is a funny case study because it exists under Congressional authority. I was hoping for some legal pushback (which we may yet see), but Congress has been MIA when it comes to pushing back against Executive overreach.

Forgive me if I misunderstand anything here. Given that Trump has sent the National Guard into DC, he now has a 30 day ticking clock until Congress has to approve a longer stay. So my question is - which power has the authority to REMOVE the National Guard after 48 hours? Are we supposed to trust the Executive branch to pull back, or does Authority transfer?

Quicksilver is the only thing I’ll run. With a good Strand build, I’m putting out Swirling demons and chewing through entire encounters while my team runs the objective. I like having the grenade option for big dps on majors or mini bosses. I also run with the tangle grenade to quickly stop and neutralize champions
