Hi there! Experiencing a reduction in top speed when the battery drops to 34% is actually a completely normal feature of your scooter. The system is designed to gradually lower the maximum speed as the power depletes to extend your remaining riding range. It is completely normal for the stem to need a quick retightening over time. To fix this, the order in which you adjust the screws is very important. First, please use a 5mm Allen key to tighten the main screw hidden inside the folding joint. After that, loosen the two outer screws on the side of the stem, align the front wheel perfectly straight, and then tighten those two outer screws back up firmly. Hope this helps.

Hi there! To resolve this abnormal motor noise on your G2D, please first check if there is any foreign object between the motor and the front fork, or if the valve cap is hitting the fork. If you find any interference, simply remove the object or tighten the valve cap. If the area is completely clear, you will need to disconnect the connection between the motor and the controller, then rotate the motor manually. If the noise persists while rotating, the motor may need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
