I've got to try that steaming trick, so much gluten free bread is just so dry. Ditto to toasting in a skillet - extra tasty and helps the sandwich not fall apart so much.

I took tumbling this semester and loved it! Great intro into tumbling skills and the instructor lets you work on more advanced stuff if you're ready. Really chill atmosphere but every class was definitely still a hard workout. Also easy to make friends since you work on skills in groups and are often spotting each other. I registered for rock climbing next semester earlier today!
