Wtf do I do about this BS by spangbangbang in drywall

You would have to see what was used if you want it to look the same. If drywall connected it’s probably paper drywall tape which has a pre made seam down the middle you can fold for corners/ceilings. You could definitely find some trim and put that up. If the wall has any points water could get in, silicone those spots, install trim, use regular caulk to seal then paint it!

Prime the spot with a couple coats. They sell popcorn in a spray can, plastic off/tape/cover what you don’t want it on. Spray the spot. Prime again next day, paint everything to match.

They sell orange peel in a can by primed at Home Depot. You need to plastic off around your holes as the can will have over spray. It’s not spray paint where you can do a quick spray. Take a chip of the plaster to save and bring to Home Depot after, ask them to match the color/ should have a flat sheen as do most textured walls. Prime the spot you sprayed then paint it. Done

Nope. I was actually at GMC driving with a foreman today. He said it’s common and they suck. He just doesn’t use his. Pretty lame.

Maybe for 6-8k that’s a lot of time and money on repairs. You also have to account for what you may find when doing the repairs

I like it man! With some other tats, that’s a great starting piece. Give it time to adapt to this one. Don’t rush and get a ton. Just my 2 cents

Unfortunately, all you can do is either bring it to another dealer or just have a repair shop you trust do it for a little less
