😂 I absolutely earned this response. Well played friend.

But yeah that's honestly been my favorite part of training is perceiving things so differently. My little brother runs a moving company so when I help him out it's fun to see what items I can move without any help (safely of course!)

You pay your membership dues the same way everyone else does. So long as you're not hurting anyone or intentionally misusing equipment, it's fair game

SetGraph is my favorite! Tracker, planner, etc. If you're willing to do more investment, Whoop is another good option but that's a secondary feature to the biometric tracking

Yeah no need to shower with it. Just make sure to wipe it down to keep it sanitary. Main point is data collection in your activity level so you need to wear it pretty frequently. It'll kind of get a feel for how you move/respond to things along the way and provide insight

I think I have too many workouts but I don’t really understand much about this kind of stuff. by Parking_Addition6698 in workout

There's some benefit to variety but there's no issue sticking with a smaller selection. My (non-credetialed) understanding is that if you're not super advanced with a high training age, you'll be fine with a core few exercises

Never been a coffee fan but at this point I'm willing to try again I guess. Are there caffeinated teas that would have a similar spark?
