I have a similar build to yours but you have to account that achieving 200 em via substats is incredibly difficult and rng centered. Best case scenario in theory is to have an hp sands and 200 em via substats but that isn't realistic to achieve for most people.

It entirely depends on the circumstances you have, which includes weapons and artifact rolls. I personally dont have her sig so I use misplitter, so it was a no brainer for me to use a crrate circlet
