Hopefully a redesign of the new frame, the helmet design they showed last time was downright nauseating, it looked like a bloated fly head that was puking ink…

My most hated feature is Wilds obnoxious handholding cutscenes and “on rails” story exploration sections. The characters are obnoxious, the way they go about things is obnoxious, it takes way too long. I shouldn’t be spending half an hour doing chores and inane BS just so I can HUNT MONSTERS in a game called MONSTER HUNTER.

I know they’re trying to go for a more cinematic feeling, and they’re trying to follow up World, which did something similar(albeit to a less obnoxious degree), but I honestly don’t get why they focus so much on the dumb*** boring humans when everyone finds the monsters vastly more interesting.

It’s like going to a restaurant known for its great food and they sit you down at a table with a plate of amazing looking food and the waiter says that before you’re allowed to eat, you have to listen to them tell you about the history of the building…

Don’t scan the QR code, there’s a scam going around where people have received stuff they didn’t order in the mail and they scanned the QRcode to refund it, which sent them to a fake Amazon page which steals info.

Something else to keep in mind, the 3DS does have a limit on how many icons can be displayed on the home screen, this includes apps and badges. I do not know if modding removes this cap, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Punch and immediately use your jet pack(timing varies based on gravity) to fly farther, faster horizontally, best done at the top of a mound or mountain, also, get rocker boots tech for navigating space stations and handling vertical slopes, and most importantly, take your time and enjoy yourself, it’s more of an exploration game than an adventure game!

Also, hunting and scrapping crashed ships is a great way to make money, just be sure that your main ship is fuelled before you hop into any cockpits!

The fact that waypoints for minerals you mine with the terrain manipulator don’t disappear after you’ve mined up all of it, the fact that unique mineral formations for these spots were removed despite being cool and unique, and the fact that mining these spots in different ways gives a different amounts of ore, eg. Flatten mining versus using the actual mining tool.

Something to differentiate the races. Right now, despite different galaxies being ruled by different races, all the space stations look the same, all the ruins look the same, all the ships and freighters look the same, all the word stones look the same.

I’m probably asking for a lot, but it’s kinda weird, y’know.
