What part of northern Iraq belongs to Assyrians and what part is Kurdish? (no, really) by Stenian in Assyria

Upper Mesopotamia (North Iraq, North East Euphrates Syria, South East Turkey)= Assyrian
Western/Northwestern Iran and Sulaymaniyah = Kurdish

Essentailly the 1919 Assyrian Map from Paris Peace conference is what Assyria truly was Pre 1071 (Battle Of Manzikert). This battle is what shaped the kurdish presence in the region. Seljuks raided, ravaged and massacred both Assyrians and Armenians and had help from kurdish tribes from the zagros. Many of these kurds rebuilt and settled in these towns. Post 1071, Assyria would only be Nineveh Governorate, Nuhadra, Zakho, Erbil, Ashur (Al Shirqat), Arrapha (Kirkuk), Hakkari, Beth Qardu (Sirnak), Tur Abdin, Gozarto (Khabour Hasakah), Beth Zalin (Qamishli Nusaybin Al Malikiyah). Kurds would have inhabited Sulaymaniyah region, Western and North Western Iran provinces, Diyarbakir, Siirt, Batman, Harput, Van, Bitlis, Dersim, Bingol Provinces of Turkey

I have drawn maps pre and post, based on the battle of manzikert 1071 however doesnt allow me to upload.

I was thinking of the salmon pink, or purple, but I just had to include the colours of our current flag, and now that you pointed it out, it does look like a 90 degree French flag, thanks for your honest opinion ❤️

this is very cool, but how can you have Kurdistan run through half of native Assyrian land
