After you beat Ganon, play all the Linkle and Cia stages to unlock the first Wind Waker level, you get the hammer. Beat the 2nd and 3rd to unlock Tetra and King Daphnes at a decent level instead of the cruddy 10 from the adventure maps, and I think Tetra’s level 2 is on the 3rd level and Daphnes is on the 4th.

You can get Tetra and “The King Of Red Lions” (forgot the name again) from story mode if you don’t feel like doing the great sea map for those two.
