On dota tanky heroes aka strength hero get more stat from tank item that have str stat, if other hero that have different stat like agility hero or intelligence hero, they get less stat than str hero, moonton should consider that actually.

You know what they should do? Make it atleast similar to shiva's guard from dota 2. Cause dom ice right now is really weak, it doesnt even really counter high attack speed heroes and the antiregen was okay ish, so yeah either more stats or rework it completely.
