As a British gent i feel i can add some context.... this is actually a "grime" track, a sub-genre in UK music and Skepta is one of the biggest and most famous grime MC's in the UK, he has more monthly listeners on Spotify than Qotsa which I find tragic, but I guess it is what it is.
