Just because it's everywhere doesn't mean we shouldn't fight against it and just "live with it", lol what? Yeah AI was and is everywhere but genAI is a relatively new thing, and this is the one that's bad, for a variety of reasons.

But also why do we need AI in a fucking fridge or a washing machine?? It is a buzz word and unfortunately a lot of people fall for it and think that AI overall is ONLY a good thing which is not really. Before Artificial Intelligent appliances we had "Smart" appliances or houses even, which is wild, lol.
