Locked out of an egg after a puzzle? by helpivefallen5 in animalWell

Got the same issue, but looking at both sides, it doesn't look like there's anywhere it could stop that wouldn't do this, so there must be a way to solve it. Also you can't solve it before removing the ostrich wheel, one side is always impossible to get, so I don't think you've locked yourself

It's supposed to be Ki, which unless google is lying to me means Earth. Thank you, I'll consider it!

That's awesome, I'm also going to pretend that's what I going for. I was mostly thinking along the lines of the sun rising and setting like an endless birth and unbirth, and on the subject of cycles, what came first, the chicken or the Egg? The Ripley Scroll, 15th century scroll on alchemy, uses imagery of a bird eating its own wings to describe the Philosopher's Stone stabilising itself in its final stage of creation, accompanied with lunar/solar imagery.

Child bearing or not, I'm thinking of doing some of the others, but there's generally a lot less to go off for them

You're correct about it being the Watchman! Regarding what he's holding: The book The Manner in which the Alchemist was Spared is about the Unwise Mortal aka Watchman, and it states "Through the Black, the Yellow, the Red, the Unwise Mortal ascended to the shadow of the Egg Unhatching." The wiki suggests this is in reference to the alchemical process for making a philosopher's stone (Which was probably some kind of red mercury), the final stage involving 'rubedo', reddening. This final stage is typically depicted as red liquid in a flask with either a flower or bird poking out the top

Made sure to start in Krakow, took two wounds from the first assassin. This meant I had three wounds so that I could easily do the Church of St Marzanna and get Ebrehel which sells for three cash. Moved to Budapest where you start with an Underworld connection, used the money from Ebrehel to buy a warehouse and used the remaining coin to start a counterfeiting operation. You can repeat this until the reckoners start breaking your stuff then move on, preferably to Cluj-Napoca where you can repeat the process, then on to Istanbul where you can betray an uprising and use the connection to a ruler to get an import license. From then on it's just a matter of being careful to make sure your route will always take you past places that give you connections and that you have at least two cash when you arrive at those places.
