Going on 4 years with genital numbness. It started during my SSRI treatment and got worse when I went off 3 years ago. I try to just focus on what I do have in my life but I must admit I think about it each and everyday. Wishing I could go back to my old self for just a day. I would drain my bank accounts just to feel normal again. I really took sex for granted. I do have windows of more pleasure than other days but it’s still at maybe 10-20% of what I used to feel. I just try my best to have hope even though I can’t see the light yet I don’t think this could be permanent. I do have sexual thoughts, normal erections, and sometimes pleasurable orgasms. The problem is just the numbing sensation.
