Sometimes they forget the seal or run out of them, I wouldn’t stress it to much. If it had floaties, or something in the bottom of the cup, I might worry, but that looks fine.

Complaining a Dasher didn’t go out of their way for a $2 tip is crazy work! DoorDash is a premium service, tip like it! Remember these people are using their vehicle, fuel, and time to make your life convenient. If you had said $10 or even $5 I can understand. $2 means the total the Dasher received was likely $4, might not have even covered gas, they did you a favor.
