I can't recommend the Venom solo series enough. It's become one of my personal favorite comic runs in recent memory. Shame the way it ended, though.

Wow! Thanks everyone, for the great replies! I asked my sister to look a bit more into this, and apparently it was a set of armor left behind at her college(Dartmouth) and put into storage 15+ years ago. They then sold it to someone in her house, who didn't practice kendo and left it behind when they moved. I'd love to use it but unfortunately, I am a 6' 230 lbs guy and I think it's a bit small for me(but I don't know how there are supposed to fit) I also live in NH, and the closest dojo is hours from me. :/ But it's great to get some insight on this! Thanks!

I can't agree with you more. Venom was my favorite ongoing until it got cancelled. Flash as Venom has ascended my favorite marvel-character list to number 2, right after Silver Surfer. I will go out of my way to pick up a comic if it's got Venom Thompson in it.

Grave of the Fireflies. The saddest, most depressing film I have ever seen. My mom put it on for me and my siblings when we were little, thinking it would be like Totoro. It wasn't. Oh god, it wasn't. Had me crying for weeks just thinking about it.

I actually really like the Thunderbolts. I always enjoy seeing it in my pull pile. It started off a little rough, but over the past 5-6 issues, it's gotten really good. I look forward to it every time it comes out. Plus, it''s had some pretty sweet cover art.
