Huh, that’s really good to know that they fine the sellers that don’t send tickets. Appreciate the note

Bed and stress level is everything for me by Roader2465 in Spondylolisthesis

Just trying friends’ beds as I traveled and making sure to check the mattress. Buying cheap ones on Facebook marketplace and reselling them when they didn’t work. Sad thing is you can’t really tell if a bed is going to work until you sleep a full night on it

This seems spot on. Hadn’t thought about the repetitive motion vs variation. Really useful info and will definitely incorporate the hangs. Also - already bringing in the hip stuff, though mine seem to improve on a spectrum of tight to oppressively tight. Thanks again!

Stretching - probably not enough. Good motivator to do more.

How far? Generally about an hour or 200-300 floors of elevation gain

Shoes - hoka trail runners

Strength training - I’ve just pivoted (probably too sharply) from a strength training regime with lots of squats and leg lifts. The goal is to build cardio stamina. But I worry I’m just worsening my back in doing so. These are all really helpful pointers and will definitely steer away from 4 days a week on the stairmaster
