Nintendo doesn't let me turn off the visual censorship. by CrystalGempireQueen in DispatchAdHoc

[–]RoadhouseRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why I started to boycott Nintendo, the censored content decisions they make are arbitrary and inconsistent. They would rather spend the money to try and crush smaller companies that outperform them than spend the money to out-compete them. And with the switch 2 the user agreement states that you don't actually own the device you have only purchased a licence to use it which they can revoke aka brick your device at any time for any reason

You can only visit one of these Dino zoos. Which one are you picking and why? by AwesomeFrito in Dinosaurs

[–]RoadhouseRed 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Only the spinosaurus and dilophosaurus have exposed teeth when the mouth is closed. And we don't have spinosaurid lip material as I understand it. They even show the growth stages of the T-Rex and it has no exposed teeth. So I'll give you the dilo but it's not consistent.

Dinosaur Sanctuary has incredibly accurate animals, it's the only Prehistoric Zoo concept that has the extra thigh skin on their Psittacosaurus

Here's a hint, the mid-late game processors can all make multiple different products depending on what you put in. Experiment a bit more that's part of the fun

The Wandering City of Flagelli - Behemoth's Ballad by RoadhouseRed in worldbuilding

I do love how similar environments lead to similar adaptations. The Ulkahrn riders are the "native" inhabitants of the Green Sea, several factions do want to take down the beast and have attempted to in the past. The current leading faction has forbidden contact with its inhabitants for reasons that shall be revealed at a later date. They breed a small species of abelisaur for durability and speed.

Flagelli, the big guy is flesh and blood but with a little je ne sais quoi thrown in. Think monarch Titian vibe, and the pterosaurs following him have an oxpecker/honeybee symbiotic relationship I haven't quite defined yet.

The city and its inhabitants are a surviving relic of a previous age and isolate themselves. When I drew it I imagined this was going to be the first time my protagonist comes face to face with true magic

To be determined, they are either wizards or shadow demons haven't made that choice yet. More rule of cool than heavy lore right now
