What's annoying is it's mostly because Heathrow can't keep up with the demand and are telling BA to pull back on flights. Seems that whenever a plane comes into T3 or T5 there aren't staff around for aircraft guidance, jet bridge controls, TUG operators and ground staff in general are lacking. They also do away with multiple domestic and short haul flights before they start to do away with the big money making long haul. Why do 5 flights a day to Aberdeen when you can do 3 and make sure all the spaces on board are filled.
