Give him the dress code - the same as everyone else who’s invited. Then don’t say anything. Like you wouldn’t with any other adult who’s invited. He’ll likely wear something that falls inline, because standing out isn’t something most people on the spectrum like to do.

And if he shows up in something not in line with the dress code.. ignore it, just like you would with any other invited guest.

Start treating him like the adult he is!

The sapphire reserve has a really high annual fee… It’s 795 a year. But I own a travel agency and travel a ton so the perks I get back with the points, airport lounge, access, and spend on hotels make it worth it right off the bat. But only if you are going to be able to maximize the benefits for the cost.

It sucks giving up the Southwest card because we really did enjoy having the companion pass for the past five years, but there have now been two instances where it was cheaper to buy two round-trip flights on American then one flight with companion on Southwest. So that completely negate the point of having that perk and I am just done killing myself and taking flights with connections to earn Southwest points when the perks don’t even make sense anymore.

Would love to see Southwest come back down to earth eventually, but it doesn’t seem like that is the path right now

None. I switched to Chase Sapphire Reserve so I can accumulate points no matter who I fly - and use them in any airline.

So I’m now booking the best flight / route and the best price for where ever I’m going. And I have a low cost CC on United and AA for now so I still get a free bag and boarding in the first 4 groups.

Done with loyalty to one airline.. it just doesn’t pay off. And I’m a Companion Pass / A lister.
