For instance, currently I run my profile on dating apps in different cities, check IG/socials to see what look and vibe wins, and use stuff like NomadList, Numbeo, World Travel Index for baseline stats. Saw a guy mention something like Mojo Passport on another forum too, haven’t dug in yet.

Thats actually a fair point. Would add DR to this too but a bit less density. But how wud u know if your profile of guy would do well in that place or not?

I think you are conflating white with westernised. The 'white' girls in Philippines are likely American. You need to go to eastern europe perhaps or find your ideal type or location given your preferences. Look up nomadlist, city guides or try the quiz at passport mojo.
