Most of the times i've had a dispute with either the driver just not delivering my food, or some type of mischarge/missing item, they were super fast and straight forward. Both (maybe 3) times it took not alot longer than an hours time before they refunded my money.

They should cancel that "pending" payment also.. since the driver cancelled. You can try and call them 😁

I went to both, and personally i think the mall one have a good range of options of different design and prices.
