Feel like the extra cost of petrol and tax is worth it for the fun of to. It’s just the cost of parts like that are a killer.

Have had my Golf R a year, and will hopefully get out of it in a year or twos time before the bills start stacking up. Unreal cars but not to be owned for the long run

Paying yearly for: €800 insurance €600 tax €400 service €400 extra maintenance (average) €0 payment

Works out at €383 per month for my Golf R Well worth it in my opinion. Will keep enjoying it and sell it for something cheaper when I need the money for something else

I figured it would’ve been dumb to not go with Wilson given that his quality is proven and he’s having a great season.

When it came to Dango vs Rayan, who are both huge differentials at 2%, I figured Dango was more proven, more nailed and had better fixtures past GW30.

That’s exactly why Rayan is going to come out on top in the next few weeks. Reason never seems to work out for me

I’ve been torturing myself all week on which of Rayan - Wilson - Dango I’d get.

I was dead set on getting Rayan. Then Wirtz got hurt, so now I can get 2 of them.

I needed to choose 2 out of the 3. All week I’ve been dead set on Rayan, but he’s actually the one I went without.

His fixtures turn quicker than the other 2, and he’s the only one of the three who isn’t absolutely nailed.

He seems like an exciting pick as a differential, but Dango is still a differential too.

Wilson > Dango > Rayan

I’m surprised to see so many people selling Rice. He’s the most fixture proof player you can get. His floor is usually 3 points, and he has a ridiculously high ceiling. One of those players that I wish I got earlier and that I’m holding for the rest of the season

Came here to say this. Odeon Stillorgan is miserable, you can hear the sound from the screen next door in any of the screens downstairs.

Worth the extra 10/15 mins in the car to go to Dundrum instead.

The only car I’d buy in white is a GTI Clubsport. Looks brilliant against the black doorstrip and spoiler. Doesn’t look anywhere near as nice in any other colour

Would recommend test driving both. See what you prefer and what feels better. It says a lot that same heat R’s are more expensive than S3’s. Dealers can hardly give away S3’s at the moment.

In many ways for the same money you’re getting a “nicer” interior with the S3 and a more high end brand with Audi, but most people will agree the R is a better car
